Mushroom Farmers of Pennsylvania (MFPA) will showcase a NEW savory sensation, “Mushroom Breakfast Burrito,” along with a new healthy, popular beverage “Lion’s Mane Mushroom Coffee” at their Mushroom Booth. The PA Mushroom food offerings start January 9 with the 2026 PA Farm Show Food Court opening at noon with free parking. The full Pennsylvania Farm Show runs from January 10 – 17, 2026 at the PA Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg. It’s the largest indoor agricultural exhibition in the U.S.
The Mushroom Farmers delicious Mushroom Food Booth menu items will include:
o Stuffed Baby Bella Mushrooms: Everyone’s favorite little Flavor Bombs are back! Savory Baby Bella Mushrooms are stuffed with either Bacon & Cheddar or Artichoke, Spinach, and Cheese, then cooked to hot, cheesy perfection. Enjoy two of each flavor as a satisfying meal or to share as a hearty, flavorful snack.
o Blended Mushroom Steakhouse Burger: This popular burger uses a blend of grass-fed beef and fresh Pennsylvania Mushrooms to create a juicy, delicious burger patty. It’s served on a Martin’s potato roll, topped with cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and a tangy Alabama-style BBQ sauce. A great burger made better—less fat, less sodium, more nutritious and lots of bold flavor!
o RoRo’s Mushroom Salad: A long time favorite, this 100% gluten free, vegetarian option is a flavorful blend of marinated mushrooms with chopped onion, celery, carrots and olives in olive oil and vinegar, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley.
o Original Breaded Mushrooms with a Hot Honey Drizzle: The best-selling mushroom item since 1978, with more than 6000 pounds prepared annually, the Original Breaded Mushroom are crispy, whole white mushrooms fried in 100% vegetable oil and served with a Hot Honey Drizzle, ketchup, or ranch dressings on the side.
o Mushroom Bisque: Select sliced mushrooms are simmered with shredded potato, shallot, and a splash of sherry, then enriched with bold brie and Swiss cheeses. The result is an elevated take on a classic dish that will leave you warm and satisfied.
o NEW Mushroom Breakfast Burrito: Looking for a breakfast option at the Farm Show? We’ve got just the thing for you! We’ve taken our Ready Shrooms and combined them with spinach, eggs, and cheese to give you a hearty breakfast wrap to start your day out right! Delicious and nutritious, the Mushroom Breakfast Burrito will remind you why breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Available from 8:00 am to noon.
o NEW Lion’s Mane Mushroom Coffee (Regular/Decaf): A rich, delicious coffee made with Lion’s Mane mushrooms, reported to increase mental clarity and alertness. Locally roasted coffee beans and dried Lion’s Mane mushrooms make this morning brain booster a home-town hit! Available from 8:00 am to noon. Ground coffee available to take home.
o Ready Shrooms/The 100% Mushroom Gourmet Crumble: It’s ready-made & prepped mushrooms — Baby Bella, White, and Portabella mushrooms grown and harvested in PA are diced together in 8 oz cups for a versatile and convenient way to incorporate mushroom flavor in all your dishes. Blend them into burgers, tacos, or meatloaf; add to eggs, soups, and pastas; top pizzas and flatbreads; and elevate chicken, steaks, and chops.
